Our Bone-In Rib Eye Steaks come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 1 - 1.25 lbs. (about 16 - 20 ozs.) or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1.5 - 1.7 lbs. (24 - 27 ozs.).
