Our Boneless Rib Eye Steaks come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 1.25 - 1.5 lbs. (about 20 - 24 ozs.) or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1.5 - 1.75 lbs. (about 24 - 28 ozs.). Both are spectacular cooked on the grill or in a hot iron pan. This may be the king of steaks!
