Our Boneless Rib Eye Steaks come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 0.8 - 1 lbs. (about 13 - 16 ozs.) or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1.3 - 1.5 lbs. (about 21 - 24 ozs.). Both are spectacular cooked on the grill or in a hot iron pan. This may be the king of steaks!
