Sirloin Roast

Our Sirloin Roast is a large cut of beef, averaging in weight from 5 - 5.5 lbs. It's truly an economical roast if you're looking to feed a crowd, but it certainly doesn't skimp on the quality or flavor. It's wonderful smoked too.
