Our T-Bone Steaks come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 1 - 1.2 lbs., or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1.6 - 1.8 lbs. (26 - 29 ozs.). Like it's big brother cut the Porterhouse, both are excellent cooked on the grill or in a hot iron pan.
