Our T-Bone Steaks come in two sizes: approximately 1" thick and averaging 1 lbs. or approximately 1½" thick and averaging 1.25 - 1.5 lbs. (20 - 24 ozs.). Like it's big brother cut the Porterhouse, both are excellent cooked on the grill or in a hot iron pan.
