    Cuts may include:

    • Twenty-four bone-in chops, two racks of spare ribs and two tenderloins
    • Four Boston butt roasts, four boneless picnic roasts and five smoked hams
    • Smoked bacon including sixteen packages of sliced bacon (belly), two of guanciale (jowl) and six packages of diced ends
    • Ten packages of ground pork, three packages each of bratwurst, chouriço, sweet Italian pork, kielbasa and maple breakfast link sausages 
    • Four hocks and four trotters
    A savings of $135 over buying separate cuts!

    Note: whole pigs may take up to 4 weeks until ready for pick up



    Blackbird Farm is offering boxes of meat with a variety of cuts at a discounted price. Boxes are packed Monday through Wednesday for pickup at the Farm Stand Thursday through Sunday. You may not order or request what the cuts will be. Cut counts are approximate and are contingent upon package weights.
