      • Steaks, including eight bone-in rib eyes, six t-bones, five each of sirloins and sirloin strips, four porterhouses, two each London broil and skirt, and one flank 
      • Eleven roasts including four top round, two tri-tip, four chuck and one sirloin cap (picanha)
      • Forty pounds of ground beef and 37.5 pounds of 6 oz. patties (25 packages)
      • One brisket flat, one brisket point, five packages of shanks, six packages each of English cut short ribs and stew meat, two packages each of marrow bones, neck bones and soup/knuckle bones

      Blackbird Farm is offering boxes of meat with a variety of cuts at a discounted price. Boxes are packed Monday through Wednesday for pickup at the Farm Stand Thursday through Sunday. You may not order or request what the cuts will be. Cut counts are approximate and are contingent upon package weights.
